Memorial Day Events Around Charlotte, NC

If you live in an apartment in Charlotte, NC there are several area Memorial Day events taking place in our area. Here are a few ways you can celebrate our nation’s heroes. American Legion Post 53 will host its annual Memorial Day program from 2-4 p.m. Sunday. It will include an advance of colors, reading of the roll of honor, a gun salute by Southeast Guliford High School’s JROTC and more. The event will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4601 Freedom Drive.
