Sunday Group Rides are back for the month of October. We are dropping our Sunday Fast group and focusing on helping develop a 16mph average group. The Women’s group, averaging 14mph will still be there though! Also check out our recently added Group Ride Page on our website! There you can find some of our favorite routes as well as the roads we ride on for our shop rides. In addition, we have added some of the most popular local segments.
