Introduction to the CrossFit Open 2016
The registration for the 2016 CrossFit Open has officially begun. Every year, for 5 weeks in February and March CrossFit HQ releases workouts once a week on Thursday and everyone who registered online performs them. We have until Monday to submit a score. For those who are interested in competing or would want to see how they stack up in the gym, region and world, now’s your chance. This is the first step in the Road to The CrossFit Games. If athletes are good enough, or if a gym has 3 males and 3 females good enough, they will enter into The Regionals. For those who do not wish to compete do not have to do so and should be prepared for a great workout. But, for those who do wish to participate, they will be judged and report a score.
