Health and Fitness for Less This Holiday Season


It is tough to stay fit and lose weight during the holidays. But with regular exercise, watching what you eat and drink and trying hard to maintain your good habits you can stay healthy and at least maintain your weight, if not lose weight. But, it this may sound easier said than done. The way to do this and to stopping holiday weight gain, which often continues on through the winter, is to stick to regular exercise. If you find that you can’t fit in at least 30 minutes of exercise each day during the busy holidays, then try to exercise for three 10 minute workouts instead.
